What Makes Graff Tours Different – Part 2: LA Street Art Tour

Our Los Angeles tour centers around the downtown art’s district of Los Angeles. The implantation of massive LA Free Walls along with the everpresent UTI crew makes DTLA a must see for any Street Art Tourist.

MSK member Risk has a unique process. By melting automotive paint on top of buildings he creates a flourishing color that looks magnificent in the Los Angeles Sun. Crazy Gideon’s building has become an accomplice in Risk taking his art to a new level.

The achievements of Native American groups from Alaska to Argentina in the arts, agriculture, writing and science is portrayed by the Earth Crew. It is intended to celebrate “the end of a 500-year cycle of colonization, and the inauguration of a new era of multicultural collaboration.”

Mural was painted by Earth Crew members- Erik “Duke” Montenegro, Benjamin, James Frank, Jr., Rojelio “Angst” Cabral, and Joseph “Nuke” Montalvo. Coordinated by Helen Samuels.

UTI crew has been holding down DTLA since the 80’s. They use the wall as a showcase and roll call remembering artists of old and refreshing their skills.
