Google Workshop 2015Team Building at its Best
On May 5th, 2015, we were humbled to host a team event for 12 people from the Google Offices. It was a mixture of creatives, developers, and marketers and we designed a tour and workshop experience to build trust and have a great time outdoors in NYC.
We split the group up into pairs allowing each pair to tackle one canvas. Each canvas would be a letter with the finished product spelling out the name of the tech giant. Each Googler had a canvas, paint, and a stencil of a single letter.
We brought in local graffiti artist Damien Mitchell to show us how to properly use a stencil. Below Damien is setting up the “G” of google to be stenciled onto the canvas. We couldn’t of had a better time with such a smart group of people and the finished product was great. We look forward to working with Google in the future!
In 2013, Graff Tours did a huge workshop with Vans Shoes. Vans Hosted 75 kids from all over the country in a design competition. The kids took a Graff Tour, did a design your own shoes and clothing activity, and then designed their own subway cars. Everyone had a great time!
