This Past Week in Graff Tours 12.30.14
What an exciting week in Graff Tours. We had visitors from Australia, Holland, Austria, Germany, San Francisco, Casper Wyoming and more. We start out in Bushwick where we took this great family around the Bushwick Collective. We are so impressed with Eelco Virus’s new work and so were the Cho Family.
We grabbed a car and set out for a Banksy Tour. We started with the Os Gemeos and new Nick Walker in Chelsea and then headed to the Lower-east Side where we stopped by the Tats Crew Wall. Tats crew has been around seemingly forever and this new wall is as dope as ever. Bio, Nicer, and BG got down hard on this wall. We stopped and took a flick so we could remember the freshness.
These gorgeous ladies from Melbourne joined us on our downtown Manhattan tour. It was perfect timing as the Centrifuge Art Project just unleashed their holiday wall. It is a collaboration of many artists including BK Fox, Foxx Faces, Moody Mutz, Pigeon Doll and more.
This hilarious couple from Copenhagen got lucky when they caught this gate down with the new Fumero. Fumero does spray portraiture that he dubs Graffstract Expressionism. It was a pleasure to be able to show this piece.
The great Damien Mitchell is always doing his thing. He introduced these guys to piecing and they finished this work in under two hours. Can’t wait for his solo show coming at the Low Brow Artique coming in March.
