Los Angeles Private Graffiti Art Lesson
Become fully immersed in the world of graffiti on this comprehensive workshop. Enjoy personalized instruction for you and your group. Create a graffiti art project with the help of an authentic local graffiti artist in a unique hands-on workshop. Learn the tips and techniques of aerosol art, from fill-ins to masterpieces, in our beautiful art studio in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.
Cultivating creative thought and a welcoming environment, this experience is designed for people of all ages and talent levels. Leave this workshop with a greater understanding of this still misunderstood craft, and take your new work of art home.
Workshop Max: Upgrade your workshop with a more individualistic flair. The regular workshop involves working as a group to produce a large graffiti (4 ft x 4 ft per 5 persons). The Workshop max produces the group project and allows for smaller individual projects. We can either provide 9×12 small canvases (or similar items) for each individual or you can bring tshirts, shoes, or whatever else you might like to paint on. For the workshop max the entire experience would be 1.5 hours as opposed to 1 hour for the regular workshop.
Tour: A Tour can be added to before or after the workshop. It would include a 1 hour guided walk around the area to see over 25 murals from some incredible artists. Tour plus workshop for two hours is a nice combination or the tour plus the workshop max is 2.5 hours and is the creame de la creame.
Schedule, timing, and large groups: Instant booking is available thru the website but custom times are also available by calling. If you want a time not listed on the website please call as we might be able to accommodate you. Also groups of 10+ persons can be booked by calling as well.
Meeting Location: The graffiti lesson is one hour long and takes place at our Art Studio.
What It Includes: We supply paint, canvas, gloves, private studio time, and of course, a local graffiti artist.
What to Bring: Wear casual clothes (nothing you would regret getting paint on). The paint does come off, but it gives everyone less anxiety if you don’t wear a gown or a tux. Please be prepared to wait 15 minutes after the workshop finishes to let your artwork dry before you pack it up.
